SCEAP Brand
Visual identity and website re-design for SCEAP, Equine Therapy Services

SCEAP.co.uk was set up to provide equine assisted therapy to community members who are in need of therapeutic support services.
As they were looking to grow their customer base, and apply for funding, they approached me to work with them to define a visual brand and re-design their existing website to follow the new brand.
Challenge
The lack of a cohesive brand was causing problems in funding applications, as the company needed to present themselves as a more legitimate organisation providing valuable services to those who need it.
They also wanted to be able to provide a portal where potential clients can get an overview of what the benefits to equine therapy are, contact the team if necessary, and be able to book and pay for sessions quickly and easily.
Solution
The solution they decided on was a brand suite including a fresh visual identity, business cards, branded staff tshirts, and a set of guidelines for any future branded items.
For the website the following features were highlighted:
-
An online booking and payment capability for sessions
-
Contact form
-
A blog for education and updates
-
testimonials from past clients
-
details about what is offered and the benefits of each
-
designed for both desktop and mobile
-
using the Wix platform as they are already familiar with how to use it
Outcome
The website has been successfully launched and as a result of this combined with the new brand identity, SCEAP have secured funding, and several partnerships with local health trusts to accept patient referrals.
The online booking and payment system has removed a lot of the admin burden on the staff, freeing them up to focus more on their clients. The organisation has been thriving and has recently expanded into offering paid team events and away days as an additional service.
